Widgets
The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list for all 8.5.x releases of Widgets. This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product. It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected. The Resolved Issues section for each release describes the corrections and may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.

On some smaller mobile devices, the buttons inside of certain dialog boxes may wrap and appear stacked instead of side by side. This does not affect usability.

While on a mobile device using Chat Widget with cometD, refreshing the page with an on-going chat session no longer discontinues the current session.

During an active chat session if Widget looses and re-establishes connection to GMS in cometD mode, the client might only see their own messages and not messages from the agent. In this instance, the client should refresh the page with the Widget in order to see agent messages.

Enabling CometD in WebChat disables support for file uploads in the chat session. File upload support will be added in a future release.

Disposition code is no longer sent twice to GWE server at the end of proactive chat.

The webchat submit buttons no longer overlap into the footer area when viewing webchat in landscape mode on particularly small mobile device screens.
