What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 with Python3 Recording Muxer Script. See the Genesys Interaction Recording page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems.

Important

• This release (8.5.500.09) is the final version of Recording Muxer Script that supports RHEL 7. For any questions, contact Genesys Product Support.
• The extraction directory structure for both OpenSSL and FFmpeg has been updated. So, you must update their respective paths in muxer.cfg.
• Python 3.11.5 must be compiled with OpenSSL 1.1.1 in RHEL 7.
