What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The Recording Muxer Script now includes a call recording ID in the screen recording metadata after muxing the recordings. (GIR-14793)
- The Recording Muxer Script now supports the check_matching_username option, which is set to 1 by default. When this option is set to 1, Muxer will mux a screen recording with a matching call recording only when the screen recording contains the same username value as in the call recording metadata. (GIR-14038)
- The Recording Muxer script now supports marking call recordings that have screen recordings. The solution requires Recording Web Services (RWS) version 8.5.202.70 or later. (GIR-14790)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issue:
If more than one agent participates in a call, the Recording Muxer Script no longer appends all agent's screen recordings into the same muxed recording file. Only the screen recording of the agent that initiated the call will be included. (GIR-15552)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.285.68.
