GSM Architecture
The Genesys Skills Management system consists of a number of websites and web services, several scheduled tasks and automated processes and a client Windows application as shown in the architecture diagram below. The data stored are - imported KPI data, assessment data, scheduling information imported from WFM and data stored about the users.
