Aggregation Tables

Purpose: To provide the list of aggregation tables that have been retained but moved to Reporting and Analytics Aggregates (RAA) package in release 8.x.

The following tables are still available in release 8.x, although under new names, as long as you deploy Genesys Interactive Insights (GI2) or Reporting and Analytics Aggregates (RAA) package:

• AG2_INB_V_AGENT_QUEUE_*
• AG2_INB_V_IXN_AGENT_GRP_*
• AG2_INB_V_IXN_AGENT_*
• AG2_INB_V_IXN_ID_*
• AG2_INB_V_I_IXN_AGENT_*
• AG2_INB_V_I_SESS_STATE_*
• AG2_INB_V_I_STATE_RSN_*
• AG2_INB_V_QUEUE_ABN_*
• AG2_INB_V_QUEUE_ANS_*
• AG2_INB_V_QUEUE_GRP_*
• AG2_INB_V_QUEUE_*
• AG2_OUT_V_IXN_AGENT_*
• AG2_OUT_V_IXN_AGENT_GRP_*
• AGGREGATE_CTRL_*
• TIME_RANGE (Note: This table has been renamed to AGR_TIME_RANGE.)

Note: An asterisk (*) in a table name stands for an aggregation level such as SUBHR, HOUR, DAY, or MONTH.
