Obsolete Tables

Purpose: To provide the list of tables that have been either entirely removed or merged with other tables in release 8.x.

The tables listed below have been removed from the Genesys Info Mart database schema in release 8.x for one of the following reasons:

• A table was determined obsolete because it was not used by a large majority of Info Mart customers.
• A table consisted mostly of fields that were moved to another table because of architectural changes.
• A table was no longer required because of a fundamental change in the underlying model.

Information on how to retrieve similar data from the 8.x schema is provided for those tables and fields for which it is available.

Note: An asterisk (*) in a table name stands for an aggregation level such as SUBHOUR, HOUR, DAY, or MONTH.

While no replacement tables are provided out-of-the-box, a custom DATE_TIME table is to be used as an alternative to the following tables:

• ENTERPRISE_DATE
• ENTERPRISE_MONTH
• TENANT_DATE
• TIME_OF_DAY

• RESOURCE_STATE_REASON_FACT (Note: You can retrieve certain detailed data about multimedia or voice interactions from the GIDB_G_AGENT_STATE_RC_MM or GIDB_G_AGENT_STATE_RC_V tables.)

User Data Related Tables

While no replacement tables are provided out-of-the-box, you can replace the following tables, to a certain extent, by creating custom user data tables:

Tables Not Used by a Large Majority of Info Mart Customers

• CURRENCY
• CUSTOMER (Note: The data that was populated in the EXTERNAL_CUSTOMER_ID field is now available in IRF_USER_DATA_GEN_1.CUSTOMER_ID.)
