SM_RES_STATE_REASON_FACT

Please be aware that the formulas and recommendations have not been validated internally prior to the initial release of this document. They are to be treated as results of theoretical analysis and a good starting point for re-orienting the 7.6 database queries towards the Info Mart 8.1 database.

Purpose: To provide compatibility references between the columns in the 7.6 SM_RES_STATE_REASON_FACT table and the fields in the Info Mart 8.x schema.

Table SM_RES_STATE_REASON_FACT

In addition to the changes in this table associated with the audit-, time-, and purging-related fields, population of this table has changed to include active agent state reasons as well as completed state reasons. The PRIMARY_MEDIA_RESOURCE_KEY column has been discontinued and population of the TOTAL_DURATION and ACTIVE_FLAG columns has also changed. To achieve compatibility with the Info Mart 7.6 reports, adjust the database queries to include the completed agent state reasons only (those with ACTIVE_FLAG=0).
