This release contains the following resolved issues:
Genesys Performance DNA
A new jobs service now allows longer running jobs, such as OrgData, to work on Azure App Instances.
Creating a rule to assign users to a particular group now works correctly. Previously, when a rule was created to assign users to a particular group based on the imported OrgData, it failed with an error.
Genesys Training Manager
You can now edit and save meetings without any errors.
Freeze windows now save correctly with recurrent meetings.
Teleopti – Settings now use the full path for WFM services. Previously, due to the change in the path, Training Manager did not open.
Teleopti – Meeting notes are now published correctly. Previously, an error occurred while publishing meeting notes in a non-default scenario.
Teleopti – Scheduling tasks in Training planner now works correctly irrespective of the shift timings. Previously, when a task was scheduled for a shift that ran longer than one day, the task was booked on the wrong shift.
