What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
Genesys Performance DNA
- Installation scripts have been modified to support different Performance DNA instances in separate virtual directories.
- A demo tenant for Performance DNA with pre-filled sample data can now be created upon request.
- Performance DNA license now includes the hostname. This prevents the reuse of licenses.
- This release has been translated to support Chinese (Simplified). For supported languages and details, see, Release 9.0.1 Translation Support.

This release contains the following resolved issues:
Genesys Performance DNA
In multi-tenant environments, users can no longer switch to another user under a tenant to which they are not related.
Password expiration is now validated using the password settings of the tenant to which the user belongs to. Previously, password expiration was validated using the tenant’s landing page.
Azure installations now only allow HTTPS.
Genesys Training Manager
In Training Manager, the missing parameter maxItemsInObjectGraph for the manyItemsWithIdsTeleopti behavior is now included in the TrainingManagerexe.config file. This ensures larger data sets are received without any errors from Teleopti WFM.
Sessions are now published correctly, regardless of the method used for publishing. Previously, sessions published by selecting the Publish option from the right-click menu, displayed errors.
