What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

Genesys Performance DNA

  • The functionality that allows integration with Exchange Server has been enhanced to add impersonation when it connects to the Exchange service. Previously, users did not have adequate permission to impersonate.
  • Genesys Performance DNA now prevents unauthorized access to back-end services by securing them using JSON Web Token (JWT).
  • Genesys Performance DNA Installer now uses a secure method of storing the JWT secret. The JWT secret is encrypted in all configuration files from the .msi and .exe installers. The installer generates a new JWT secret and places it in all the Genesys Performance DNA configuration files.
  • Users can now assign or recommend learning items when combined feedback is completed.

Genesys Training Manager

  • Users can now move between the portal Trainer and portal Manager roles.
  • Genesys Training Manager users who are connected to Teleopti Workforce Management can now schedule scenarios similar to those scheduled by Genesys Workforce Management users.
  • Genesys Training Manager now prevents unauthorized access to back-end services by securing them using JWT.
  • In Genesys Training Manager, Workforce Management credentials are now used to generate a JWT to avoid logging in twice.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:
