Resolved Issues

This release includes the following corrections or modifications that were made between earlier releases and the 9.0.000.02 release of both Performance DNA (formerly Genesys Skills Assessor) and Genesys Training Manager:

• Leavers in Genesys Workforce Management (WFM) are no longer erroneously included in the WFM hierarchy on the Request Bookings screen.
• User fields can now contain a maximum of 400 characters. Previously, the maximum character length was 255.
• Training Manager no longer disconnects from WFM as a result of an empty response from the NICE IEX WFM.

Upgrade Notes

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 9.0.000.02.
