What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• A new configuration option, [pulse]\disable_cfg_xpath_query, is added to allow more efficient handling of requests to Config Server when checking user permissions. Enable this option to reduce the load on Config Server. The new option works with Config Server versions 8.5.101.21 or higher. (WBRT-17249)
• 3rd party libraries are upgraded for the remediation of the following unexploitable security vulnerabilities: CVE-2022-42889, CVE-2022-22970, CVE-2022-22971, CVE-2022-22978, CVE-2022-2047, and others. (WBRT-17258, WBRT-17667)

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The category of the Agent_cse_AgentReplyMaxTime_TotalCustomValue stat type used in the Chat Agent Activity template is changed to MaxCustomValue. (WBRT-17506)

The Download Widget menu item now correctly downloads data for _GBK_ (Group By Key) statistics configured for the Widget, into a CSV file. (WBRT-17174)

After logging in to Genesys Pulse, clicking on the GAX link now loads the GAX page correctly. (WBRT-17122)
