What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) 9.0.100.xx or later. GAX versions prior to 9.0.100.xx are not supported. See the Prerequisites section on the Supported Operating Environment: eServices page for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (KM-4831)

If the Description field for regular expressions and rules (RegEx or Rule) is empty, the Privacy Manager Plug-in for GAX now correctly includes the Description field in the Update request and performs the import function. (KM-4725)
