Exporting and importing capabilities of Privacy Manager Plug-in for GAX are limited to 2000 tests.

If the Description field for regular expressions and rules (RegEx or Rule) is empty, the Privacy Manager Plug-in for GAX does not include the Description field in the Update request and does not perform the import function.
Workaround: Add the description in the Description field for regular expressions and rules.
