Logging configuration file used by log4j2. The file is supplied with the server and is located in the installation directory. Loggers can be controlled by editing this file. For more information, see log4j2-config-profile.

What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

Starting with, Classification Server ignores empty elements of an email (subject, body, header) while applying screening rules to emails. Prior to, Classification Server treated empty elements of an email as not matched to a screening rule.
  • Support for Platform SDK version Additionally, the supplied log4j2.xml configuration file enables you to review the events that occurred during the server startup. Refer to log4j2-config-profile for additional information. (KM-4778)
  • Support for OpenJDK 11. See the Prerequisites section on the eServices page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (KM-4708)
