What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• The handling of transport exceptions for SIP over TLS is improved. Now, Genesys Softphone tries reconnecting to the same SIP proxy or SBC immediately after receiving such a transport exception. Previously, those transport exceptions were ignored, and Genesys Softphone would switch over to the next configured SIP proxy or SBC after a SIP transaction timeout. (SOFTPHONE-1348)
