What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Genesys Softphone VDI Adapter can now be installed on eLux RP 5 Operating Systems to support Genesys Softphone running in Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop environments. (SOFTPHONE-669)
• Genesys Softphone secured communication channels, such as Secured RTP, are now compliant with FIPS 140-2. (SOFTPHONE-630)

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Genesys Softphone now changes the Synchronization Source (SSRC) of the outgoing RTP stream after Hold/Retrieve operations, to improve interoperability with other SIP clients, such as Microsoft Skype for Business. (SOFTPHONE-704)
