This release contains the following resolved issues:

HTML-formatted chat transcripts now only display messages and notifications that were shown to customers in the original transcript. Previously, if there was a chat consultation or chat coaching, messages exchanged during consultation or coaching between agents also appeared in the emailed transcript. This issue only affected HTML-formatted transcripts; it did not affect text-formatted transcripts. (ESR-13922)
