In an environment where the SIP Server and GVP are connected to separate Management Framework components, the Resource Manager (RM) now identifies the tenant based on the RM configuration parameter [rm]ignore-ruri-tenant-dbid. Previously, the RM used the tenant-dbid that was passed by the SIP Server in the INVITE RURI for this purpose. (GVP-21074)
