An attempt to create or change VAG with the script MediaType=<existing media type> no longer causes Configuration Server to shut down unexpectedly. Configuration Server now rejects any attempt to create or change VAG with the CFGValueOutOfRange error 'Script expression is not valid'. (MFWK-22842)
