Enabled-Seat Measurement and Calculations

LRM calculates the number of enabled seats by looking at the DN and Places configurations in the Configuration Server. For the purpose of counting enabled seats, a seat is defined as either of the following objects configured in the Configuration Server:

• Place associated with at least one DN.
• DN not associated with a Place.

Calculation of Enabled Seats

License Reporting Manager can count the number of enabled seats by looking at objects configured in the Configuration Server and count the number of these objects. LRM counts sellable items differently, depending on the sellable item criteria.
