What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The enable-thread option in the [log] section of the Solution Control Server Application template is now set to the default value (false). If you want to use the log throttling feature with SCS, you must explicitly change the value of this option.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Solution Control Server no longer terminates unexpectedly if it receives from Local Control Agent an application status that contains MIN_INT as the process ID. (MFWK-16181)
In a distributed SCS environment, all active alarms are now cleared automatically if both of the following conditions are met:
- The Alarm Condition clearance timeout (the Clearance Timeout field in Genesys Administrator) is expired.
- The distributed-sync-timeout option is enabled in the [general] section of the SCS Application object and set to a value less than the clearance timeout.
Previously in this scenario, if the distributed_sync_timeout option was enabled in the distributed SCS instances, the active alarms were not automatically cleared when the clearance timeout expired. To clear the alarms, you had to either manually clear the active alarms periodically, or set up a scheduled alarm clearance script and clear the active alarms using the mlcmd.exe utility that is part of SCS. (MFWK-16057 [MFWK-15870])
