Solution Control Server (SCS) no longer shuts down unexpectedly if the application is stopped from Solution Control Interface (SCI). Previously, SCS shut down sometimes if the application was stopped from SCI. The application and host were then deleted, and LCA was stopped. (MFWK-23251)
