What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• In addition to Genesys Social Engagement, the initial 9.0.x release of Digital Messaging Server supports Genesys WeChat Messaging Apps connector.
• Support for the following operating systems. See the eServices page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems.
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • Windows Server 2016 (as of 1/3/18)
• Supports Java 1.8. See "Prerequisites for: eServices" on the Supported Operating Environment: eServices page for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites.
• As of 1/3/18, Digital Messaging Server supports Windows Server 2016. See the Supported Operating Environment: eServices page for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems.
