What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9. See the Platform SDK page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Manual for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems.
• The default TLS version in PSDK is now TLSv1.3. (PSDK-9908)

Important

TLS 1.3 is supported in JDK 8u261 b12 or greater. The TLS version can be configured in the com.genesyslab.platform.commons.connection.tlsDefaultVersion option. The available options are TLS, TLSv1, TLSv1.1, TLSv1.2, and TLSv1.3.

• The third-party Spring component is updated to version 5.3.34. (PSDK-9900)
• Third-party libraries are updated to their latest version to address security issues. (PSDK-9909)
• The netty library is upgraded to version 4.1.109.Final. (PSDK-9895)

Important

Due to a limitation in Netty, connections to the TLS server may hang up if the TLS for client is not configured.

• The IP installers for Linux are 64-bit starting with this release. (PSDK-9912)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The Log4j2 log/expire value range is updated. (PSDK-9887)

PSDK now supports the unsolicited MSGCFG_OBJECTCHANGED2 CS message during handshake. (PSDK-9853)
