This release contains the following resolved issues:

Reporting Server (RS) now correctly stores UTF-8 format characters in the database. Previously, it stored these characters in an incorrect UTF-8 format. Setting the [persistence]store.in.utf8.format option to true ensures that RS stores characters correctly in the UTF8 format. The default value for the [persistence]store.in.utf8.format option is false. (GVP-43280)
