Interaction Server Proxy no longer transfers messages from Interaction Servers to already unregistered clients. Previously, Interaction Server Proxy transferred messages to wrong clients in rare cases when competing messages from different Interaction Servers registered to the same client were received and the first message caused the client to unregister. (IXN-7300)
