What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • In routing scenarios involving no-answer supervision, T-Server now instructs the Connector to modify a value of the no-answer-timeout option on a routing destination if the destination is a monitored Lync/Skype for Business user. After that, T-Server instructs the Connector to reset that value at the end of the execution of the routing scenario.
The Connector now supports the following new configuration option:
default-agent-no-answer-time
Setting: connector section
Default Value: 20
Valid Values: Integer greater than 0
Changes Take Effect: Immediately
Specifies the default no-answer timeout for the monitored agent that T-Server sets for the Lync/Skype for Business user after a routing scenario completion that involves no-answer supervision.
(LYNC-2367)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

A supervised call no longer becomes stuck in the Connector if a supervisor does not connect to the call because of a missing notification from UCMA. (LYNC-2420)

T-Server now rejects a TMakeCall request to a Virtual Routing Point with EventError (Invalid destination). Previously, T-Server terminated unexpectedly after receiving TMakeCall from a DN to a Virtual Routing Point. (LYNC-2402)
