Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
There is no longer any significant lag when you type the names of categories or the name or text of standard responses. This was accomplished by decreasing the loading times of large category trees and the amount of memory occupied by tree control. (KM-2548)
The ADDP mechanism is now activated on every connection to Universal Contact Server (UCS). This enables both eServices Manager and UCS to be informed if the connection is broken by any network factor. (KM-2543)
eServices Manager now right-aligns text in text entry areas when it detects that it is running on a host set to a right-to-left language, such as Arabic. (KM-2530)
Upgrade Notes
