What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Single Sign-On—iWD now participates in the Genesys Single Sign-On (SSO) framework where deployment takes place to a Genesys Engage cloud SSO environment. When iWD is deployed into this environment, iWD users will log in once to the portal. If they choose iWD Manager, they will bypass the login screen if they are still authenticated. Note that this feature does not apply for Genesys on-premise customers deploying iWD.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
A problem with a NullPointerException being generated during attempts to create a new Solution using the iWD GAX Plug-in has been corrected. This occurred in circumstances where the Eventlog DAP had uncompleted fields in the Database Information tab. (IWD-4737)
A problem with GAX displaying old iWD Manager values for the Interaction Server connection has been fixed. These old values were displayed in the Interaction Server configuration after the iWD Manager details were updated (for multiple Solution configuration) and required a manual refresh of the data on screen. (IWD-4560)
Inconsistencies between the auto-sync properties configured on the Data Mart DAP and the auto-sync check box feature have been removed. (IWD-4637)
