What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• CTIC (ICM) now offers the option to transfer a call (and not hang up) following a DIALOGUE_FAILURE_EVENT from ICM. To enable this , set TransferOnDialogFailure in "ICMC" section to 1.
