Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Standard Shrinkage Mapping — A display issue on the data mapping form has been fixed. Previously, despite incorrect mapping sometimes displaying on the mapping form, the correct mapping was always saved and used for imports.
Email Import — An issue with simulation models when there were multiple email contact types in a contact group has been fixed. Previously in this scenario, there were multiple records in the table in which you build simulation models. This created inaccuracies in both the simulation models and the Average Volume, Average Handle Time, and Average Staff values in model results. The weekly and monthly data was always imported correctly.
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 9.0.000.05.
