What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- T-Server no longer allows the requesting of a consultation (for transfer or conference) from a call that has been placed on hold. T-Server rejects requests in such cases. (LYNC-3656)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
T-Server now correctly reports calls to devices where the request uses a different case from that defined in Genesys configuration. (LYNC-3655)
T-Server now generates additional events at the end of scenarios involving transfer and conference to a routing point where the call is successfully routed. Previously, performing such scenarios could lead to an incorrect representation of participants on the WDE desktop. These events are generated when the option enable-call-info is set to true. The operation of this existing option is now expanded and is described below.
- enable-call-info
- Default value—true (previously, false)
- Valid values— true, false
- Changes take effect—Immediately
- Description—Specifies whether T-Server will generate additional events to ensure that WDE is able to display correct information about call participants on the desktop in scenarios involving a supervisor change of mode and in scenarios involving transfer or conference to a routing point.
- With value true, T-Server will generate events in known scenarios involving supervision and in scenarios involving transfer or conference to a routing point.
- With value false, no extra event(s) will be generated by T-Server in such scenarios.
