What's New

Important

Starting with 9.0.019.06, Genesys recommends using Kafka instead of JMS in the iWD History Node setup.

This release includes only resolved issues.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

When running with Kafka Event Logger, iWD History Node now saves the offset into the database and checks the offset before processing the events. Previously, in rare cases, if iWD History Node crashed while processing events without committing the offset to Kafka, it could process the same event multiple times. (IWD-10024)
