This release contains the following resolved issues:

Users can now control whether the IVR profile filter should always be considered. To make the IVR profile mandatory, add the gvp_ivrprofile_security parameter in the general section of the GAX application object and set to true. This requires users to specify the IVR profiles they have access to and generate Historical Call Browser reports based on those profiles. Setting the gvp_ivrprofile_security parameter to false disables this behavior and users can generate reports without adding the IVR profile filter. In the previous version, the IVR profile was always mandatory, and users could not disable this behaviour. (GVP-47022)

Important

During ID Type filter report generation with gvp_ivrprofile_security enabled, that value will not be considered even if the IVR profile is specified.
