WFM Configuration Utility incorrectly synchronizes Daylight Saving Time (DST) end time with the time zone application in Configuration Manager when the Do not synchronize in Daylight Saving Time check box is unchecked. The issue occurs when the LocalTimezones option time changes as expected for DST, and then the end time shifts, causing a difference of 1 hour.
