New in This Release
There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in this release of Genesys Driver for Use with RSS.
- Social Messaging Server now supports a directory that is used by primary and backup Social Messaging Servers to store information about submitted interactions. RSS Driver uses that directory to avoid duplicate submission of interactions in case of the server's switchover or restart. (SMD-1908)
- This release adds support of Windows Server 2012. (SMD-1747)
