With Remote Alarm Monitoring - Standard Delivery, you will view and manage your alarms using the Genesys Care Mobile App (Android and iOS available). Please visit our Mobile App page for download information. If you already have the mobile app, it will automatically display the Remote Alarm Monitoring screens after you install the alarm monitoring software.
