You can access several Genesys Care Mobile App functions on the menu page. Tap the menu icon ≡ to view these options:

• Cases
• Alarms
• Filter Alarm Notifications
• Contact Us
• Settings

Alarm functions are available with Remote Alarm Monitoring.

(Please note: The Settings menu item is only in the Android version. On iOS, settings are accessed outside the app under Settings > Genesys Care. See the Settings for Android or Settings for iOS pages in the Install section of this User Guide for more details.) See below for Android and iOS images.
