View

The on-screen display of the selected template, applied to specified configuration objects. A view is the section of the workspace that contains tables, and graphs that display the actual data—historical or real-time—for one or more objects that you selected when you created the workspace.

In Multimedia, a configurable node in an Interaction Workflow. Each queue that is defined in an interaction workflow is associated with one or more views. A view defines the queue processing rules: what interactions should be selected from the queue, and in what order.
