Accuracy
A Genesys Content Analyzer term for how correctly a model assigns text objects to categories. If you produce a model by using
cross-validation, or test it on a training object, you obtain specific accuracy ratings that are called precision and recall. By contrast, confidence is part of what a model does when it assigns a text object to a category: It produces a list of categories, with a confidence level that indicates the model’s assessment of how likely it is that this particular text object belongs to a particular category.
