Genesys has a strict Privacy Policy that applies to the Genesys Care Mobile App.

In addition to the Mobile App Terms and Conditions that you agree to during installation, the Genesys Care Tools Terms and Conditions also apply to use of the mobile app.

If your phone enters sleep mode or if you minimize the app, for two hours you can access the app anytime again. Only after two hours, you will be requested to re-enter the PIN number in order to access the app again.
