What is Stream Manager?

Stream Manager is a media server that generates and processes media streams in Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) format, providing such functionalities as playing announcements, recording streams into files, making conference calls, silent voice monitoring, and whisper coaching.

Stream Manager is included in various packages of the Inbound, Outbound, and Self-service solutions for Customer Engagement, the Workforce Optimization solution of Employee Engagement, and the Integration, and Platform solutions for Business Optimization. Important

Stream Manager 7.6 entered End of Life (EOL) on May 31, 2019. It enters End of Maintenance on November 30, 2020, and reaches End of Support on May 31, 2021. If you have questions, contact your account representative.
