Genesys Pulse Collector provides a new option that allows you to specify user data keys that must be excluded during the extraction of reason codes.

Option: excluded-reason-code-keys
Valid Values: Comma separated list of user data keys
Default Value: site
Changes Take Effect: After restart

Specifies user data keys that must be excluded from the list of codes retrieved through the function

G.GetReasonCodes() and from those provided by all statistics of category CurrentStateReasons.
