What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• The Web Engagement Plug-in for Genesys Administrator Extension now supports two role-based access privileges:
  • GWE_GAX_PLUGIN.MANAGE_CATEGORIES—allows a user to manage categories.
  • GWE_GAX_PLUGIN.GENERATE_INSTRUMENTATION_SCRIPT—allows a user to generate instrumentation scripts.
