What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• An agent can now consult another agent without affecting their own co-browsing availability. Previously, an agent would not be available for co-browsing if they consulted an agent who was already in a co-browsing session.
• Consulting agents now remain invisible when a customer starts a co-browsing session. Previously, both the agent and consulting agent became visible to the customer when starting a co-browsing session.

Full support for consultations during a Co-browse session will be added in future releases.

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Previously, Co-browse Plug-in for Workspace Desktop Edition would sometimes freeze the desktop UI when experiencing network delays. Now, all network requests from the plugin are executed in a separate thread and never block the desktop UI thread. (CB-3724)
