This release contains the following resolved issues:

SNMP MA configured as a Window Service no longer terminates unexpectedly at shutdown, and no longer stops responding at shutdown on a Windows host. Previously, to stop these events from occurring, SNMP MA had to be configured as a standalone application and not as a Windows Service. (MFWK-16650)
