What's New
This is the initial release of Genesys Data Processing Server, which is a highly scalable and extensible component that performs sophisticated data processing functions, allowing it to process the complex, high-volume data produced by select Genesys products for a variety of uses. When used for reporting, it provides the users of these products with the ability to transform and aggregate this data, and carry out sophisticated calculations on it. The resulting metrics are used for reporting and visualization within Genesys Pulse.
