LivePerson Adapter (EOS)

LivePerson Adapter supports Genesys-to-LivePerson systems integration, including support for LivePerson proactive-chat, LivePerson proactive-callback, and LivePerson scheduled-callback invitations to web visitors during non-peak website-interaction periods.

  • LivePerson Adapter reached End of Support (EOS) on August 21, 2017. It previously entered End of Life (EOL) on August 21, 2015, and End of Maintenance on February 21, 2017. If you have questions, contact your account representative.
