Genesys Care Remote Alarm Monitoring - Standard Delivery is available to Genesys Care Premium Care or Flex Care customers to monitor their Genesys application environment 24X7 for critical issues via alarms. It leverages intellectual property, tools and best practices to mitigate and prevent issues before they significantly impact your business.
When Genesys receives a critical alarm and detects a serious issue, Genesys can proactively contact you and based on your response, even create a new case and start working the issue immediately, hence reducing the problem resolution time. Used in conjunction with our Log Retrieval service, we can improve overall time to resolution.
This document describes the installation of the Remote Alarm Monitoring - Standard Delivery tool. It provides 24X7 live monitoring of critical alarms in your environment by Genesys Customer Care. Customers may also monitor alarms on their Android or Apple mobile device.
It is secure and easy to install. The Remote Alarm Monitoring - Standard Delivery tool supports both Windows and Unix servers.
